What to buy next...
Money to spend... Here's my options...
1. OEM style dead pedal, Grillcraft upper and lower grill, and Carbon Fiber Hood struts. 2. Full Boston Acoustics sound system 3. Rally Innovations Light bar plus Hella lights to go on it. 4. DEFI Gauges and Carbon Fiber triple gauge pod. (Boost, volts, and oil pressure) 5. Redo my HID Retrofit with brand new Headlights. Opinions?

Not enough information.
What do you want to do with the car? What do you have done to the car already? What is your favorite color? |

After you have gone back to non-hid headlights I would reccomend doing the modifications that are going to improve your driving experience. Shifter bushings, a new shift knob, endlinks etc. Those little things add up to make the car more enjoyable. I wouldn't buy gauges unless you need them to monitor a modified engine or tune.
How are your tires? Brake pads? Do you have a catless uppipe? |

Give me your money because you have no clue what to do with it, and I'll put it to good use.

Boston sound would be nice. Especially if your currently stock audio.

I don't understand why you are all so obsessed with just going faster... Not everything is about money into the engine and going faster. I am pretty happy with how fast the car is already and I don't see much of a need to go even faster. I am not a race car driver, and I'd be willing to bet, your not either... So what you have a 300whp car for what? Driving to work? Now that's ****ing pointless. I enjoy music while driving and would much rather have that. And if you read the journal I already have a shift knob, bushings are all fine, suspension is stock, but rides great. Gauges were on the list of possibilities because they are within the budget. Just because it's not what you want, doesn't mean it's wrong. That's why it is my car. So I can do what I want. I was curious of opinions as to which mod to buy next. Which means you were given a list and you choose one. If you don't think any of them are worth it, don't ****ing answer. This is not middle school, however this is exactly why everyone I talked to hates Nasty **** or as you call it, Nasioc. Most of you, exception of a few, are just jack asses. |

Also, never asked for you to go over the basic car requirements such as my tires and brake pads. My blinker fluid level is good too, hardy har har trolls.
I just got 04 BBS, wrapping those in Falken Azenis for summer, and Cobb 3" turbo back with new gaskets, exhaust hangers, heat wrap, turbo heat shield, and a CF exhaust heat shield, all waiting for spring. I see no reason to put any of that on just before winter. But once again, none of this was posted as part of the question. Looking for a mod to do with some extra cash and I couldn't decide. Gauges would just about finish the interior and then they would be there for when I start the performance mods, such as the aforementioned cobb turbo back, and also 3 port boost solenoid, cobb 50/50 bov, Cobb FMIC when they release that, etc, etc, Speakers are nice for obvious reasons, and I love music. The grillcraft grills, dead pedal, and CF hood struts would be cheaper and add quite an accent to the car as it sits, and create project time to actually work on these things, granted, not much, but at least something. Redoing the lights would be nice because mine have gotten pretty hazy with age, and I want to do a quad retro instead of just two. Everyone that has seem them so far loves the retrofit, it creates a MUCH better beam pattern then stock, and when you live where I do, being able to see at night is a big deal... There are these large crazy creatures called Deer, and they are everywhere. Stock is good, HID is better. And the rally bar I put on their because it's still in my favorites folder, and is in the budget, but I didn't really consider actually getting it yet... Will add a nice look later on though. Still haven't seen one with an FMIC, or seen if that's even possible... Last edited by 4Flat4Life; 10-06-2012 at 03:19 PM. |

I don't understand the hostility, but I'll tell you exactly where you can stick your attitude. And you keep going about "asking about basic car requirements" Stop being such a tosser. |

OK so you go off on me for asking about the car in order to give you reasonable advice because other people are coming at you with nonsense responses.
You don't know how many people will go spending money on stupid modifications without doing the simple useful things like upgrading their brake pads, fluids, etc. The expectation that I'm going to go read up on your car to answer your simple question is ridiculous. You should put the information in the thread. Then, you get all bent out of shape because people are mean to you on the internet and go trying to flame the one dude who hadn't come into your crappy little thread telling you to sell your wrx or give them your money instead. Just stop. |

Here's a fun little point. We're not going to go find your build "journal." We're not also in control of your budget, as each and every thing you posted will cost different amounts, some widely. And if you can't make up your own mind, you clearly don't need to spend the money. Threads like this are a waste.
Now go ahead and bitch and moan about it. |

You drive a 2006 WRX, Now, what I do know about this car is little. All the receipts were saved so off of that, I can tell everyone this.
-New Turbo (Ptuning found the old to be bad) -TurboXS TMIC -TurboXS Downpipe (catted) and TurboXS rest of the exhaust -Exedy Clutch -Protune by PTuning for the supplied AP -All major service up to date minus timing chain Wow, that was so difficult to find... |

Must not have seen very many ideas. There is nothing wrong with anything I have done, or am going to do with this car. You are not god, your opinion is not holy. Get over yourself ******

None of these posts have done crap to decide how to spend your money. And instead of posting YOUR crap, you try to prove a stupid point and post crap from the 06 I have. Congrats, you are officially an idiot. Now I remember you. Mr. "QUAD HELLATONES I'M SUPER MEGA AWESOME" guy, then several others posted about it. Or your airbag lights, blue painted crap, etc etc. If that's what you call a build "journal" I'm sorry. I would focus I personally would focus on making the car worth a damn. But you like audio and seats and flashy things from your posts. So go with the audio system, put some strobes in, and be happy. See, if you simply POSTED what your car had done to it to begin with, instead of having a "you can look it up" attitude people would help. Instead you turned your own worthless thread into that of a flame war because you couldn't help yourself out. Now go blow up somewhere else. We can't spend your money, especially when you don't tell us what you want to do. Last edited by HinshawWRX; 10-06-2012 at 07:23 PM. |

Funny enough, I have read this. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2399048 Your "build journal" which you think gives you 300 whp, sweet sounds, a wing that makes your corner faster at 40 mph, and countless other crap. But wait, you were joking the entire time. So dumb..... Enjoy making that car SEXY with stupid crap.
