Default Should PS3/Wii FS Threads Be Allowed IN Mid-A Private FS.

Just curious. I couldn't care less if they are in our for sale forum as long as we aren't being flooded with them. As far as selling for profit who cares as long as they aren't pushing 30+ PS3s ( equal to or less than 29 is ok ) If someone is willing to pay an insane price for it they should be able to. Thats their horrible decision...

no vendors are selling them so its not like people are stepping on someone elses toes here.

Who will determine too many? Is there a cut off to how many we can have in the forum?

in reality i see to many being more than 1 and or if they are constantly being sold by 1 person. the chances of someone on here buying up the market to sell at their price point to make a profit seems slim.

I voted for Jards parts.

Keeping this a 'sewious' topic.

People are always selling things for profit, or trying to sell for profit - its the nature of selling. The notion that all of a sudden ps3's or Wii can't be sold here by private sellers because they are 'trying' to sell it for profit doesn't make sense to me.

I've seen people buy and sell parts (looking to make profit), why should ps3 or the Wii be different?

*also controlling prices? Bad idea, are we then going to say Rotas can't go for over $1000...

Buyer Beware..in everything.

I dont want to sound gey but I think that this is a community and I enjoy the people here. If I had something to sell it would be what I paid for it or less. I wouldnt try to take advantage of anyone on this forum. I like to contribute and would gladly help or go out of my way to do anything for anyone in the MAIC.

Ya, PS3/Wii are not any differnt than car parts.

The person has them, and they want to sell them. No need to stop that. If they raise prices to far, and see that people are not buying them mostlikely they will drop the price. as stated earlier If someone wants to pay a higher price, then let them. If not the price will go down or sole somewhere else.

so would i (at times ) but no one is holding a gun to your head making you buy something overpriced either. If someone REALLY wants one he will pay the overinflated price. If not then the price will eventually go down or the user will put it on ebay.

I am just thinking why stop it?

Considering PS3s are frequently sitting on store shelves, and Wiis are released in large batches every week or so, isn't it kind of a moot point now?

The frenzy seems to be over at this point.

Mav1c closed a PS3 thread because it was for 'profit' yesterday.

And yes the 1 bump rule has been enforced by both ButtDyno and Lotusdrift.

Are people even getting much for the PS3 now?

They are not that hard to find. I could have had one the other day, but I wanted to wait until they have some actual GAMES for it. Besides, I don't think I would be able to get too much for it on ebay now.

I missed a wii by one person. I probably could have had one sunday, but I am lazy and said f it. There was a little profit to be made on them, but not enough for me to get up for.

Did Bob get one yet? Maybe I should have tried to get one for him. Meh...
