+1 It's nice to see some well done modifications that are thoughtful and carefully executed. I'm tired of the hack jobs that are all too common on these cars.

Almost, yes. But more than just the triangle pushing in air. If there is a snorkus(sp) someone could use that to funnel cold air up by modifying an air catch in the fender or possibly front bumper. That way it would have virtually no drag if there was an immediate need for air pull while accelerating. This may throw off the air pressure/temp in the engine compartment causing drag and cooling/heating issues, but we would have to test it out as said before. I'm sure I'm just jumping to conclusions, but as I stated its just an idea.
Someone else has probably found a similar idea to not work. Hah

Lol. I figured I would get flak for that. It's in conjunction with cold air intake and boost. Allowing them work more efficiently. It's all theory but whateves.

Ask and you shall receive

Not the greatest pictures but the best I could get. Hopefully you get the idea.

There's also a piece of flatbar that goes behind the licence plate and is welded to the bar and uses the mounting holes for the plate with what I like to call "railroad spikes" so there's zero shake in the bar.

great job on the light bar, however I would now recommend highly that you put some hyperwhites in all of your lights, or yellow fogs and hyperwhite lights, the 11 yr old bland lights are unbefitting your exceptional bar. :-)

Thanks! Surprisingly the stock lights aren't that bad. Considering bumping the 55w 700's to 65w (I'd go 100's but I still want to keep it legal) and putting 65w 3000k bulbs in the stock locations. I have mounts to put 2 more 500's on the bottom bar as well which I'll be doing soon.

The 700's probably won't even fit in the stock locations, they're quite large. Unless you've got some other way of mounting them there. Regardless they'd more than likely be too low. Get yourself a set of the 500ff fogs, and you won't be disappointed.

Smile Stripped the interior and made this bracket.

Less of a hazard than the stock flange with all them studs pointing at my hands

It's lighter too ...100g less

I'm not a fan of 2-tone on the outbacks not to mention how awful it looks on the imprezas out these days. Why?
