Default That little side skirt cap

Ok so tonight while filling up(ok adding 15 to barely get some fuel) I happened to notice this small plastic "cap" is missing. I know somepeople will overlook it but not me, I just got STi skirts for it and now im missing this cap? shm...does anyone know what its called so I can ebay it or if anyone has one how much and ill paypal you some money :-)

Its a rock blocker and OEM part that can only be purchased new from a dealership or used from part outs.

My standard WRX skirts?...storage I guess...or if you want you can buy them.
