Hey guys, just came across this thread. I live in Brooklyn and was considering doing the monthly drive. What kind of roads do you drive on? I just picked up my '15 STi in black and don't wanna drive it on dirt roads and f up the paint. But, if they are paved roads I'm in.

Always have the option of skipping the rally/dirt road part of the drive. The rest is a paved mix of country roads with elevation changes and turns to test the new sti.

^^ This. Alot of us actually don't like the rally road for a number of reasons, so we have an alternate tarmac route that is just as fun. So you'll always have a few people with you.

Very uneven country roads in some spots. Well paved and some highway in others. Even lowered cars survive but some do get bounced around quite a bit. The winter was hell on the back roads in some spots but we mapped it out and managed. It just made it more challenging if nothing else. It's always fun though, especially if the weather cooperates.
