Smile Got tuned today. Non Subaru content. Supercharged S2000 dyno graph.

Don't have a subaru yet unfortunately but hope to have one along with my S2000 at some point as I love them and always have!!!

Anyways got tuned today at 12 psi on my Vortech supercharger. Was tuned on 7 psi before.
Tuned with AEM EMS and ID1000cc injectors.
Pulls really nice now! Very happy with the outcome.

Graph shows before(7 psi-343whp) and tune from today. 12 psi pulley 406whp.

Yeah pulls really nice now! Not a whole lot of torque but hp is what really matters up top haha.

That's got to be a fun toy once you get it on a boil... nice numbers.

edit: I'm not familiar with aftermarket FI on S2ks, what's the durability like. They pretty reliable and last a while with numbers like that?

Yeah they can handle A LOT more than that stock. Another S2000 was there from my local forum getting tuned. Bone stock engine made 610whp on q16 at 20 psi and made 550 at 15 psi 93 pump with meth injection. I have been at over 300whp stock engine for over a year and 15K+miles now with zero issues. People have put over 100K on supercharged stock engine as well. I have 143K on my car and engine right now.

I'll try to find a picture of my car. No quality pics but could find one of my dirty car somewhere haha.

Awesome, thanks. Thinking of one as a toy car in the not too distant future...

Yeah man. They are definitely fun. Had mine for 3 and a half years now. Stock they feel underpowered. To me at least but even so are really fun cars NA. Once boosted REALLY fun haha.

Here are couple pics I could find. From the other week when we got a surprise snow when I was dropping car off for clutch job.
And one of the blower. Putting in coated intake manifold, throttle body and fuel rail to match the aftercooler shortly.

Thanks. Yeah tune is really key! Got a very safe tune done so hoping it should last for quite some time. I do have a high mileage engine so we will see.

Here's one of the vids from the tune. Not the highest one but one of the earlier pulls that mad 397

sick i can just imagine how hard it pulls and with high rpm shift like that. . ..

what would be a estimated 1/4 mile time for a s2000 with this much power???

NIce #s!!!!!

I love S2000s!!!! 9k redline ftw!!!!

Why s/c and not turbo?
I seem to remember another stock engine s2k posting here a while ago that made 500whp with a GT35R on similar boost levels....

it probably doesn't "pull" any harder than your average wrx. what you feel = torque, and it's making between 200-240 to the wheels. but it can keep on pulling through the gear (and leave us behind when we shift)... hence 400whp

a guess on ET: low twelves and a trap above 115 on street tires, into the 11's/120 or better on slicks.

would love to see/hear it run! any weight reduction?

Grats on the new setup. I've been on the edge of parting out and selling my wrx for an s2k for so long.

Thanks. I went supercharged since it is just soo much more reliable on this car. Keeps the stock power band just much more power. The heat from turbo setups really wears on the car and causes issues after time usually.

It does pull really hard. Doesn't have much torque but believe me you feel the hp up top lol. Feels pretty crazy.

The diff is actually fine at these power levels as long as you don't abuse it. If you launch it you have to get wheelspin as to not put all the shock on the diff. The diff is the weak point however.

Haven't run it or anything but know some people with supercharged S's with about 360whp ran 12.2 1/4 on street tires.
So would def think low 12's to high 11's. These cars are hard to launch and get good 60 ft times due to the power all being up top and needing some wheel spin on stock diff.
Any weight reduction I have gets negated by the supercharger, and having a sound system I think.
Have lighter exhaust, removed cat, gutted trunk, removed spare tire and all tools.

Gutted trunk removes about 50 lbs. Spare tire, and all tools etc.

That sucks that your torque is still basically nothing! I would expect more from a blower, but I guess thats just the nature of the S2K engine.

Why dont you go single exit exhaust to shave some weight and get rid of that useless heavy ass dual tip?

Great looking car BTW, I would love to have one!

It's a centri blower so really follows the stock power curve just on steroids. More torque would be nice but when above 6k rpms where you would be starting a race or whatever torque doesn't mean anything anymore. Would love to have more of it but with a 9k redline line like that going to be a peaky engine for sure.

Might go single just worried how loud it will be. Superchargers make the car really loud!!

It's a relatively flat curve that runs to 9k...what do you think happens?

It doesn't have some worthless tq spike like a turbo EJ25. It also has gearing to give it mechanical advantage (a torque multiplier), after all that's why transmissions exist.

I have to point this out to people that don't understand the 9k+ redline of the destroked/longrod EJ engines all the time.

Nice numbers and centrifugal blowers and their positive tapering VE's always make me look twice at the tq curve
