Default Help! I need Azenis ASAP!

My Kumho's are slicks and I just ran over a nail gun strip someone conveniently left on the road. I wanted to get some Azenis after the May 4th auto-X but this has changed my plans. I've got to get them on credit so if anybody knows where I can get a set it would would be much appriciated.

Thanks
Chris

Try discount tire. They had some 205/55-16's in stock at the dallas warehouse about two weeks ago. Said they could get them to the store in about 48 hours.

Free ground shipping and since you live in Texas. It's will only take 2-3 days. I got my tires from them in 2 days.

Thanks, thanks, and more thanks. I did not want to go on-line because I thought it would take forever and a day to get here and I do not want to run too long on the donut. (I'll forget and do something stupid on it) I hope that thing holds up to a 70 mi round trip for 2-3 days.

Thanks again
Chris

If you call a discount tire and tell them what you want they can check all the stores in the area to see if any of them have them in stock. Make sure you get the right tire though. The Azenis ST115 != Azenis Sport (RS).

I do have a set of wheels and tires for sale with bald Azenis if your interested

If you go to Discount tire locally, you can get their card and 90 days same as cash. I believe you can also apply online and save some time. Chris, you are also welcomed to my stockers with Kuhmos if it is going to be a while before you can get tires. I am in Pearland. You could just hit 45 to 288 all the way to fm 518. I will pm you my number .

Thanks Dustin and John but I played out Discount Tire. They called everywhere and could not find any. I just went with Discounttiredirect.com and they said they have them in stock in a warehouse in Texas. (are they not the same company?) They said they should be here by Thursday. I was hopeing to get one more auto-x on these tires but I guess I'll get to break in a new set of Azenis.

I hope there enough to counter D-REX's camber plates.
Oh yea I forgot its not the equipment its the driver. Right Dustin?

they are the same company but the store fronts will call around locally to see if they can find them. For us in the DFW area, we are lucky... if the warehouse has them, we can get them seeing as to how the texas warehouse is located in the middle of DFW....

Stock is 205-55-16
I had 215-50-16 in kumhos but I do not think they make that size in Azenis.

For anyone who was at the national tour.. they will definately second third and fourth this statement.

ST115 = SHEETTY TIRES 115

They were "Accidentally" installed on my car and after 1 day of auto-x'ing (okay admittedly it was evolution) they were cupping and feathered down to the wear bars on the edge of the water channel.

THEY ARE THE WORST TIRE EVAAAAAR!!

It's not the camber that's going to help me, it's the mad crazy driving skills I'm going to accquire at the Novice Skool

You're going to LOVE the azenis, they are probably worth at least 1/2 sec.

later,
Dustin
