I just turned 10,000 miles. I rotated the tires for the second time yesterday. They still look brand new. The S30B have a UTQG of 320, and no mileage warranty. I was only expecting to get about 20,000 miles out of these. I might get 30K + out of them now.

When was the first time that you rotated your tires?

I always rotated my tires every 5K on all my cars. I do it myself. I do front to back only. They usually last near the mileage warranty.

7,500 mile rotation interval, (or 7.5 months if that comes first per Cars101).
I did mine at 6,000 miles or so, it is probably better to rotate them more at the beginning of the tire life and then extend to the longer intervals later on. However, as a non-directional tire you will get more wear out of them if you follow the rotation pattern in the manual. All you need is a jack and two jack stands to rotate all the tires this way (you can leave one tire on the ground, lift two on stands, and swap tires while the car is lifted with the jack (no need to get under the car, so lifting with the jack to install a tire is alright by me). |

Okay thanks for clearing that up, I will rotate my tires the next time I change my oil, which is coming up pretty soon.
