Default Junior tuned 05 STi 601awhp 514 ft lbs e85

Event: Dyno Tune !
Location: P&L Motorsports
Ambient Temp: 92 degrees F
Elevation: sea level
Weather: Hot and humid

Car: 2005 STi
Tuner: Junior2jz
Dyno Info: DynoJet
Peak HP at RPM: 601 @ 7100
Peak Torque at RPM: 514 @ 5750
Baseline hp/tq for a stock on same dyno: 230-240
Target Boost: 26PSI
Target AFR: 11.7
Fuel: Straight e85

Engine/Power Modifications:

Built ej25 block
Cosworth 100.5mm 9:2:1 Pistons
Cosworth H Beam rods
OEM Crank
ACL Main/Rod Bearings
Cosworth Oil Pump
Ferrea oversized valves
Ferrea beehive springs
Kelford r199c cams
Perrin GT3582r turbo kit
Aeromotive 340 fp
Aeromotive fuel rails
PandL fpr and big fuel lines
Precision 1600cc top feed injectors
AEM 3 bar MAP sensor
Perrin EL headers

Started to run out of fuel so we capped it there. A bigger pump would yield more hp, so Im going to learn to drive the car at this power level and then move to a larger pump. It was very hot in the dyno room so im sure the car picked up some more hp once we got it on the interstate and into cleaner, cooler air. Junior also made me a low boost map for daily driving if i so choose (not a daily driven car).

Extremely happy with the car. Props to Junior and the crew at P and L, always outstanding.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic

The car exceeded expectations. I thought maybe 550 to 570 at best. The fact it got to the 600 range is impressive. Even Paul was impressed. Junior is a helluva tuner, and Ive got a pretty good engine builder. This was his first Subaru build.

Are you thinking a dump pump or larger single for this car to fix the fuel issues up top? Car wants to keep revving it seems!

1 walbro 450 is all we need for 30psi. He will max out the 35r before the pump IMO. He is however doing a double and lines I believe. Then I am going to convince him he needs a 6266

I was carrying the twin torch for him on another website even though I read DB quit running 340's because they didn't like E. Twin 255's seem to be the ticket though.

+1 on the 6266. The PTE stuff is really getting pushed by you guys and AMS and they're all producing great results!

Ive spent enough money.

Thinking of the walbro 460, but im going to learn to drive the car at this power level first.

Front o2 took a dump on the way home last night. May have gotten fouled when we couldnt figure out why the car kept asking for fuel. Glad we got that figured out

Car is running AMAZING compared to a few weeks ago. It just sucks trying to tune it when I only can be around the car on the weekends but Junior still fits me in his schedule. Right now I am on the fence for ordering a new MAP sensor and bigger fuel pump so we can keep going, currently at 24-25psi and I know that is the limit for the factory MAP sensor and I have been pleasantly surprised we have not maxed the 255 out yet but I am sure it is at or near its limit now.

Either way 25 psi is not enough

Good to hear. Junior is the man indeed.

FWIW, I have the AEM 3 bar MAP sensor. Pandl sells it and also a nice little bracket for it as well.

That's the spirit. That's crazy power on the 35r though.

Now we are talking, I will get you some more revs this weekend. I was going to inform you that I feel like out of pump is coming soon.
