Default Bosch universal O2 sensor part # ! 2-wire? 3 wire?

mkay. what is the part number for the Bosch or bosch equivalent front o2 sensor? and is it a 2 wire or 3 wire?

I am so tired of seaching around and getting nowhere on my own.

I forget if it was 2 or 3, I had mine off the other day. I want to say 3 though. The front 02 sensor clip on the harness was a PITA though..

I don't have the bosch part number but i do have the subaru part number 22791AA00A. Not sure if that will help or not though. Also if you check out scooby mods the part number he used for the bosch is 13036. Not sure if its the same cause that was on a 99rs. Here is the link below.
