I pushed Ron to raise the red line and I think it didn't have the oil pressure to keep up. Ron warned me and I insisted. Not the tunners falt, all mine. Ron has been wonderful to work with and is tunning another car for me right now. Didn't mean for that to sound bad SORRY RON. It does give me an excuse to build a better motor. Ron I decided on meth and ordered the kit. Thanks for giving me some slack on that last post guess I should have explaned it a little better.

You forgot about the maps not actually being flashed during the break in too....and having to switch ecu's.....so you were on a stock map the whole time during the first 4-5 "revisions".....then the boost controller wasnt hooked up correctly and you were running 23+ psi at 0 wgdc.

new motor built and running, went with better internals. I'm going to add meth to the mix. I guess i'm about ready to blow the trans, that will make for another good upgrade. 1000 miles and I will be ready for Ron to do his magic.

After having problems on my end of the tune (bad bore, bad turbo, bad injector) Ron is trying it again. Ended up with a 2.1 stroker (20 over) modded injectors, Kelford 272's, tomei elh, sti tmi, gm ebcs, walbro pump, maddad cbe, devels own meth, tvg del, grimm speed turbo inlet, light flywheel and a fp td06-20g. We will see how it goes. In the last year I have tried six engines, five turbo's and five tunes in this car, I hope (and so does my wife) that I like this one and everything works out.
