A few years ago, you guys refered to AMF in Imperial to get my wheels powdercoated. You told me to talk to a certain guy but I can't remember his name. Anyone know who does the powder coating there?

I don't think it's possible to get it done for cheaper. And we had to have a DOT certified plumber do it. You should ask to make sure you do/don't need that cause that could make a difference. |

Yep, that rings a bell. Thank.
A friend that has a new STI in the dark blue order a set a bronze wheels. The company shipped him flat black wheels and won't exchange them. He'd have to pay to ship them back and pay a restocking fee for their screw up. So he's just going to have them coated. |

How expensive is their restocking fee that it makes more financial sense to pay for a full prep and powdercoat of 4 wheels? As long as he's not just going to powder them the same bronze..

Check with your dealership's body shop and see if they have the dent wizard stop by. They removed over 30 hail dents from my wife's Nitro (what a POS car) without repainting and a few door dings from a Mazda I had many years ago. They were fairly reasonable price wise. The one was in Monroeville behind Shogun.

Having a fast car has nothing to do with it. And actually my car is slow because the clutch slips at 0.8 bar at peak torque (4000RPM) if ambient temp is below 60F on an ACT HD pressure plate on a 2.0L. You, of ALL people, should talk. Yeah, all those Formula One teams are so stupid doing wind tunnel testing, right? Last edited by MRF582; 05-04-2012 at 11:11 PM. |

Did ANY of these datasets measure the turbo CHRA's angular velocity? What college did you go to? I would've expected slightly more vigilance from an accredited institution. |

Also, don't buy a Porsche because those idiots epoxy coolant fittings into manifolds with the assumption that their engineering calculations are spot on. Then, the engine heats up more than they thought it would and the epoxy disintegrates, and dumps hot coolant all over the apex of your favorite track. Unless of course, you are in the majority portion of Porsche customers. Then, you have nothing to worry about. |

Well let me retort. Your car is fast when it isn't broken. Did not imply that your dupli whatever it's called had any connection to how fast or slow your car is . If you are going to apply what appears to be bedliner material on a third of your car you should refrain from calling out someone for a grill. I definitely see the madness. I forget the method.
Fan now equals wind tunnel. Hey everyone! Come to my new wind tunnel testing facility. I have a garage ,a bee smoker and a box fan. 1000 dollars an hour. PM for an appointment! E thuggin like a mofo yo. |

Also, a wind tunnel uses a large fan. Do you disagree? |
