Default Catbacks: Stromung Type XA vs ApexI N1

I have all but decided to buy the Stromung Type XA catback system from Teague's Auto. I am wondering how the Stromung Type XA catback will compare to my current ApexI N1 catback system (hp gains, torque gains, sound, and weight)? I know that the piping on the Stromung is 2.25'' with 3.5'' tip, as opposed to the ApexI which is 3'' piping with a massive 4.5'' tip. I'm guessing the smaller piping should give me a bit more torque as opposed to the ApexI N1. I also expect the smaller piping to be benificial for me since I use the car as an everyday driver. For those of you who have the Stromung Type XA catback I would like to hear what you have to say about it. As far as my ApexI N1 goes, I don't like it at all. It's too "ricey" looking, it's angled, it's too loud, and I think the piping is too large for my N/A purposes.

3 inches is too big piping for NA as far as I know. You usually want to stick to 2.25 or 2.5. The Stromung is a lot less ricey sounding, and quieter. Its got a deeper tone to it.

If you have the Apexi for 01 2.5RS, the piping should be 60mm, instead of 3 inch.
