What big bore kit? what year is the 700 motor? and do you still have the 440 motor?

Info from owner to the above questions...

Its got 84mm Wiseco pistons with steel sleeves pushed into the cylinders so its a 754 motor now. Ports have been cut to match the SLP twins that were put on it. Head has been opened up to match the new bore. The crank was freshened. The cases and cylinders were orgininally from a '98 XC7. We built all of our bottom ends on those cases as they make better primary case compression and flow as compared to the newer 800 cases. Its one of a bunch of motors that Sharps Marine did for me over the years (Including a 996 stroker twin that made 230HP). It uses all standard Polaris parts and a standard Wiseco piston part number, so replacements parts will never be a problem.

The 440 motor is gone. He wouldn't have wanted that '99 440 motor anyway. They were finicky as hell.

The chassis was completely gone through. New bearings, new reverse kit, clutching was redone. It got a new belly pan (cause I wanted a black one and it had red on it). Hood got redone with new decals. Suspension was all redone with a new set of 136 rails and 136 track.

Everything was done 2 years ago and it has gotten less than 1000 miles on it since. I basically built a spare trail sled out of my 99 race chassis. I needed something to ride while we built a stroker motor for my Fusion 600HO.

If they ran Rock Maple, then they should know Jason Glace. He drove my all of my hillcross sleds.

Ah ok

And those 440 motors did suck. I have worked on numerous 440 race sleds. I dont miss those.

My family owns a polaris dealership. Always interested in the modded stuff like this. I'll make a few calls I might be willing to take this off your hands if your definately selling.

I know Jason Glace as well. I am sure he knows my recently retired sponsored rider Scott Florio "The Flying EMT".

This is a very well built sled by the way. Why are you looking to get rid of it, just out of curiousity?

And the 600HO Fusion Stroker must be awsome. I personally ride a 600 Fusion when i go out.

We have a deal worked out where originally we were going to trade jeep for sled, then we decided to just help each other out, sled sells, my jeep sells type of thing. If i was in a different situation with my subaru I would be all over keeping this. He also lives just a hop skip and a jump away from me.

Def let me know, it would be awesome for both of us.
