I've been to some really cold places, Kansas, Northern Michigan, Montana, Alaska, but the coldest I have ever been was out off of Monument Road, up on the bluff by the river doing some carpentry work on a house outside, it was drizzling, about 30* and the wind off the river was absolutely Arctic. I spent the rest of the evening from about 4:30 on trying to get warm again, finally got in a hot bathtub. I wasn't really dressed for it, wasn't expecting the rain & wind.

I hear ya. But when it comes to temperature, I'll take over 95* before below 60*.
Just my personal preference.
I've been places where it hit -80* and places over 120*.
I'll take the heat, I have never feared for my life when it was too warm.

We'll figure it out, one of the days I come to that side of town, or one where you're over here.
Having health issues does that to ya sometimes. During the bad times, I hurt so much I didn't even want to eat.
And for me, that's saying something.

That's a meet for anyone, and almost always there are SubieFolks there.
Once a month we have been meeting at Tilted Kilt, Etc., we just had one Sunday.
See the North Florida Subaru Group for info on meets as well.
Sunday the 11th, we will be having a tuning meet. PM me if you want more info on that.

Hah, I saw that there was a Titled Kilt meet, I was just trying to confirm that it was actually in Jacksonville. Yeah I will definitely be at the next one, I live and work right down Southside.

Thanks for the info, I'll PM you regarding the tuning meet.

So file this under: SUCKFEST

We have a major issue at work, and I work non-stop to fix the problem. I figure the stress is getting to me, as I get tired earlier and earlier every day.

Friday, I can barely drag myself past 4PM, and head home at 6PM. Wife says, "you look like ass. Let me see your throat."

What I haven't told you is that she had strep throat the week before. Of course, I had a raging infection and didn't know it. Felt even worse Saturday (first full day on antibiotics), while I worked the entire day from home writing a 27 page report on the problem. Feeling better today, hope to be up to 80% tomorrow.

Scotty - I KNOW you KNOW how it GOES. Life is a rollercoaster with ups and downs.

The problem I have had (over and over) is that I have a fairly high tolerance for pain, and a fairly low level of being "in tune" with my own body. Heck, maybe it is the same thing said two different ways.

I can go on and on hurt, and then REALLY hurt something.

What Scotty said, plus, you of all people should know that we have to take care of ourselves. There are just too many things out there that will sap you to death if you let them.
