I had various CF parts on my S2000 back in the day. It looked good because the stock cloth top is black so mixed with a few CF parts like a hood/lip/trunk and black wheels, it creates a nice theme.

I think on an S2000, it might look good. I only said that I don't like it on Subarus, while it may look good on others.

Oh and I was just saying that, if you like it, that's fine by me.

I was watching a YouTube video just now of an Sti. The Sti was doing donuts on an icy road.

Tard: Wow! That car must be fwd!
Me: HUH? That's an AWD car...
Tard: Oh. It must be a Honda then.
Me:....*face palm*

I've been reading this thread for a while. I never thought I would be a victim to this. Wow.

I had an older gentlemen approach me after getting a haircut. I was letting the car warm up, and smoking outside of it. He kept telling me that something was wrong with my motor because the exhaust sounds like it is about to explode. I tried to explain the reason for the exhaust note, and he kept comparing it to his 65 mustang. Ultimately he kept looking at me like I was an idiot and telling me I should take my car to a mechanic.

I pulled up to a stoplight after getting Panda Express... mmm, Panda Express and a tool in a Mustang pulls up and starts revving at me, then he proceeds to speed off squealing 1 tire.

Yeah, and he doesn't even have any metric tools in him. Just useless 'Merican sizes.

Yup, no LSD FTL! I remember we had one at work. I peeled out at our offsite lot and left a tire mark on the ground about two bus lengths long. Needless to say, my manager wasn't too pleased. Luckily he never found who did it.

Soldier to soldier; I would like to castrate you *******. Treat your wife with more respect, unless she's been sleeping around while you're gone. If that's the case just shoot her in the desert and let the wildlife have her.
soldier to soldier: i wouldn't put her in the desert, I would just put her in the trunk all chopped up like one of the soldiers in our sister battalion did when he came back and his wife spent all his deployment money and bought a new car for her bf.

btw, the way i treat my wife is my business thank you.

My faith has been slightly restored...
Went to local pizza place where a girl I met recently worked.
Her: So where did you park?
Me: Across the street (parking sucks downtown)
Her: Is it the white car? That's a subaru wrx right? (completely debadged)
Me: Yeah thats the one. (little win in my book)

And apparently it looks like something I would drive..assuming she knows about the fun that can be had in one it could be a good thing haha

Put it on the internet, it's everyone's business smart guy, I merely commented. As for that guy, can't blame him too much, I'd probably freak the **** out too, just not to the point of murder (I was joking about the desert) if some guy was ****ing my wife and spending my money while I was out hunting IEDs and getting shot at. It would make the trunk smell having a body in there, duh!

Anyways, back on topic: we did a hill climb/ ruck march up the mountain today and when I was about to leave a bunch of lower enlisted were standing around my car.
Troop 1: Is it fast?
Me: Yeah, a little bit. (I'm tired so I get in my car to leave)
Troop 2 (as I'm driving out of the spot): Do a burn out!!!
Me: I don't think so. (I'm pretty sure it was this kid who drives a primer gray civic with chopped springs and super stretched tires on it)

At mcdonalds drive through last night (don't judge me!) Kid at window (high schooler) says...

Him: Dang, nice car. Is this the STi?
Me: Nah man, it's the WRX, but modded enough to be faster than the STi
Him: Nice! I'll give you a free soda if you make that "swoosh" sound and burnout.
Me: I'll just pay for it myself.

i laughed at all the people getting asking if they had BOV's and swooshing and stuff... until my buddy asked me why i dont get one...

i should mention this is coming from the guy that wants to spend $25k on a car... and wants to do turbo, brakes, wheels/tires, exhaust and intake... hahaha... o wait thats not funny

right he wants to do it on a 07 G37, or 370, or a stang...(for $25k!!!) thats the funny part... and he wants to know if he can drive it in winter easily
