Default Hydra password HELP!!!!

I'm aware Element Tuning is closed for a week or so, but I'm in urgent need of the password for my Hydra box. Ed from EQ tuning attempted to tune my car last night, but we are locked out of all the maps. Please please help if possible!

Adam,

I'm out of the country right now and I don't have your map here but if you email me your serial number, your full name, dealer if purchased from, and your mod list I can have someone back in the US look it up for me and forward it to you.

The only way to get locked out of the map is to short circuit the Hydra, enter the wrong pass code, or to download the template.s20 map. Downloading the template map is the most common mistake and is why I keep maps on file now

Unlocking the map will not help as it's likely erased so you will need the original file I programmed into the unit to restore all parameters as it should be.

Thanks,
Phil

The car may not even start or when you upload from the Hydra all the maps look flat.

Thanks,
Phil

It's starting to sound more and more like you shorted out your computer or something else with that "incedent." This is why you shouldn't be working on your car No way to tell if it's a Hydra problem until you get it to Andrewtech so he can verify there are no mechanical issues or other issues related to the short circuit. If I were you I wouldn't be driving your car in that condition. Too bad you didn't get it to Andrewtech early last week as I could have checked it out before I left. Hopefully you just corrupted the flash which can happen with a short circuit.

As soon as I return I am booked solid on tunes so make sure you take care of this ASAP and I will squeeze you in where ever I have time. Get your car to them now so it will be ready for me to look at next week.

No problem phil, yea I was just taken out the braile battery and putting the factory one back, ya know how close that FMIC piping can sit next to the battery, I mea it's practically on top of it Well they have the car now, and are finished with it. So everything should be in good working order, I was going to take it up there, but with my wife schedule and not being able to be without a car and having to drive to work and me having to drive work I wasn't able to. Car is there and waiting for your return, I told them I would probably pick it up from them sometime next week after you had got a chance to take a look at it, and I put the passanger's seat back in it too So the Car is ready when you are
