What 2005, $30k-35k, 300hp, 4cylinder, AWD cars are more reliable? Apples to apples here.

Also, I'm willing to bet your pump ate itself because it had PS fluid in it at some point and not ATF. I've seen that time and time again.

And did you get a code for misfires? Or are you just going by a rough idle (which Subaru's are notorious for)?

For what they are, they are a very good car. Until you **** with them. Then all bets are off.

had a code for misfires in cyl 2 and 4, it didn't affect so much reliability, but no cruise control is annoying, it was only at idle from a cold start, changed spark plugs, tried coil packs, ended up being the factory tune, which isn't very good, and I'm sure you will all agree

It will have more than 300hp if you unhook the hose that goes to the wastegate actuator
