RAs are ok. I have a set in the GF8. They are *allegedly* reliable upwards of 350whp. I'll put that to the test soon I suppose. What I do like about them is that the ratios feel good.

It's offical I am now a full time resident in PA, moved into Hidden Valley Condo (seven springs). Nobody really knows me well here, but I'll be showing up to stuff in the future, I made that D's meet a month or so ago.
The bad, is I now have no garage. I know I will deeply regret getting a place without a garage. Because I already have stuff I want to do to my car and no place to do it. Any install days coming up? You guys do those often?? Last edited by Nicklz; 10-16-2010 at 04:02 AM. |

Hopefully I'll feel alright tonight, had someone come pick up my stock DP and brought me a couple six packs of some pretty cool looking beer, looking forward to being able to enjoy. |

Dale i have the single stage booster. still don't know if they have a different internal length or preload? i searched a bit(and two different PGH threads show up near the top, lol!) but havent' had time to sort out a proper answer.
Jesse, i'll prolly never make it out there by the time you sell it, but i'd love to have it for a dyno comparo. i set up my header for turbo exhausts. running ryans old wrx stocker. double round tips belong on wagons. also my research has led me to believe the cheapest method of getting an R180 in the back is: R180 sti axles custom lateral links STi hubs(already have rear knuckles with parking brake and rotors 5x114.3) brembos all around(evos work with wider rotors and a spacer up front) and that's that. OR if ver3 sti hubs will fit inside WRX parking brakes, just the diff, sti axles, hubs and lat links. which is closer to only 1k but i can't verify this works. so $1500-2k to get an R180 in the back! cusco RS can be cheaper. but just barely. pretty retarded. brembos add value and kool anyway so that's not too bad. I looked into hybriding axles and meh, forget it, stupid. this also means 5x114.3 hubs which means wheel selection opens right the hell up, tho i have to remake my coilovers on a set of front sti dampers. not bad. also think i may have drilled too close to the bore and it blew out with the pressure on the M/C? only thing i can think of, since i carefully inspected and cleaned it after drilling and tapping it. so ordered another one. another 2 port and gonna drill it out on the cnc this time. my stupid n00b question of the week. Need new exhaust hangers, looking at these:
http://www.importimageracing.com/mm5...xhaust-Hangers is it the 15mm for the subarus? Seems like the little info I find indicates 15mm, but that seems a lot larger then what I picture in my head when I look at it? Unless anyone has extended length hangers laying around they want to get rid of, lmk please! |

That's 2 votes for 15, I assumed as much, I'll just go ahead and order that and get that fuel pump that I've needed ever since I got the car, so I can finally drive around with less then a 1/2 tank of gas again. |
