Default 2004 WRX PE1820 12.555 @ 111.62mph

Ran at Englishtown tonight. Last pass was a 12.555 at 111.62 mph with a 1.833 60 foot. Ill put the slip up later. Car made 308whp on "The Shop's" Dyno Dynamics.

Mods:
Junior Tuned at "The Shop" in CT.
UTEC with SD
PE1820
Coolingmist stage 1 running 100% alcohol
Helix 660cc inj
TurboXS FMIC
Synic Motorsports Equal Length Headers

On the 12.555 pass, I turned the boost up and knocked through 4th gear as I hit the factory MAP limit. No worries, I am still very impressed with this setup. Jr. has the dyno plots so maybe he can post em. Car was kept rather conservative. The only run I was able to data log had my AEM wideband showing 11.3:1 AFR up top in 4th gear. The setup has more power potential but Jr wisely turned it down for me.

I think with that trap you could hit low 12s, 60s could improve too

Most definately could be fast but as my daily driver Im not there banging gears. All I ever wanted was a 12.5 pass and now I got it.

You can bang gears without hurting the tranny, it just takes time to learn how

Dammit!! Should have never texted you " free retune if you go 12.5 or better" Haha..
Congrats Dan.. I know that was a goal to go 12.5s and I am glad I was part of it. Im sure the car has another 2-3 mph in it.. Get a map sensor and lets get it retuned for a few more PSI (for free)..

I will add that this car is his daily driver, its always nice to know that you can hop in your car and run mid to low 12s.. Then drive home. The car will run 12.0-12.2s after the next retune and will be in the 114-115mph range.

I made 277WHP on a Dyno Dynamics dyno and ran a [email protected] with a 1.81 60'; stock EJ205 w/VF22 and eBay TMIC that supposedly doesn't even cool as well as stock. You should totally be running very low 12's with over 300WHP on a DD.

I had motivation Without the knocking it would of been a 112+mph pass. I would love to hit 11.9s so maybe Ill take you up on this tune. I know Ill be porting the TGVs sometime in December and Ill be back, just dont break my shifter this time. Now put up my graphs!

This is true but Ive only been down the track a handful of times so Ill take what I can get. As mentioned 12.5 was a goal.

Congrats Dan! 25 mph on the backend is a nice pickup, must be seriously fun on the street.

The best I can tell, your point is that you were a slightly better driver on that run. His car trapped 2 mph faster and he already mentioned that he didn't drive it as hard as he could have. I think this slip, all things considered, matches up well with the dyno numbers.

Junior, you have PM.

My second pass with a worse 60 foot went 85.04mph at the 1/8th and went 111,39 mph at the 1/4, over a 26mph gain. If it werent for that knock on the last run

Nah, I'm poking fun because they've got that dyno jacked up to read like a Dynojet to please people which explains how Big Al keeps making 300WHP out of basic 205's on that DD dyno.

Our times indicate that they're very similar in power but notice the 30WHP difference, HEH.

you trapped 2 miles an hour less, thats definitely a 15-25whp difference. You have to look at the trap to compare the car and the ET to compare the driver

Al doesn't tune there anymore.

Yes, I did notice that. Did you notice that I mentioned that his car trapped 2 mph more then yours?
