Default Idle timing/ low load ignition timing adjustment after cam install?

I have installed bc 272 cams. I am curious how idle timing should be modified to run most or close to efficient burn. Decreasing Lop, misfires, etc.

I have tried to search but could not find any specific info on this topic from a tuning POV.

Great minds educate us.

I fudged the coolant temp timing compensation map to add 3 degrees of timing at idle with my cosworth 278/274 cams. Seems to have helped.

O nice, I didn't even think of modifying that map.
