So how do all of you lowered guys handle this problem? Trying to change my oil. I'm guessing some 2x's in front of the ramps to be able to get up on em?

In your case I would invest in some extended ramps we're lucky enough to use a rack.

Two sets of 2x10's and of course a pair of ramps.

They make lowered car, pre lift ramps, for lowered vehicles. I believe a company called M7 Racing or EDO performance, I forget which.

It's like a clean angle for lowered vehicles to get up and it stands only 3 inches tall.. I'll try to find the link/product.

ALSO, my friend mechanic, also uses this method. He uses some small 2x4s or old brake rotors. He just has me drive up either one, then it's accessible for your hand, hydraulic lift. G'luck!

I jack mine up on the tow hook in the front driver's side corner under the car. Just can't use a jack with a really large pad on top, either that, or put a smaller piece of wood on it.
