From Moore, "The group buy piece will be 100% TIG-welded 304." The reason for my emailing Moore is due to some speculation between members in this thread.

BTW, one can purchase the exact same materials made to construct that axle back (on sites such as Verocious Motorsports) without any discount for less than $100. Moore charged that customer $390 (materials + labor). Ouch
The exhaust you are speaking of is the one that Ryan made for my car. All materials are stainless (painted to keep the stealth look i wanted) and I can promise you that the welds are extremely well done. Maybe you should ask some questions before assuming you know the facts and making yourself look like a fool. If you're not impressed with what you see you don't have have to buy exhaust from Moore, but I can tell you from experience that the exhaust I purchased is a quality piece. Also, the price is cheaper than various axle backs I've seen that are available for WRX's.

Anyone aware of any 2.0i supercharger kits (CARB legal)? I am hoping one is in development with a target release date.

I am glad that Moore is going to produce his axleback system for a groupbuy as his stuff is quality and I am also pretty grateful that Rallisport acquired an Impreza for his personal R&D vehicle for upcoming headers/exhaust systems. Thank you to the both of you. Now if anyone can tell me whether the Perrin lightweight pulley will work on our FB20 motor without throwing a CEL?

I will be able to tell you either later today or whenever I install it, mine is getting delivered today. The perrin HQ is a little ways away from where I live so I took all of one day to ship.

I spoke to a technician at perrin and they told me that the lw crank pulley won't throw a cel unless you have a lwfw installed. I just ordered the crank pulley in black. Can't wait!

I've been eyeballing the lightweight crank pulley, short shifter adapter and rear shifter bushing from here:
http://www.perrinperformance.com/subaru/impreza-na-2012

You guys think these parts are good upgrades from stock that are worth the money next year when I get around to modifying my new Subie? 5MT on order btw.

Its going to be a little while before I put on the crank pulley. I didn't realize I needed to have a specialized tool for my flexplate.

To answer the question about Perrin performance, they are a really good company. Everything uses high quality and the design aesthetic is really cool as well. I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them as soon they come out with more N/A model engine parts.

On a side note the fellows over there pointed my over to Crawford performance because the are developing more stuff sooner for the FB20 engine. Ill update if and when Crawford emails me back.

I emailed Crawford not long after I got my car and they said they had no plans to do anything for the engine we have. Hopefully that has changed considering the work they did on the BRZ. Cobb said that the AP won't work either. Ecutek on the other hand said that if the ECM is a Denso unit that it might be able to be tuned via their software.

"These are all great questions that I can't really answer because I don't have any experience with these new engines. You typically would upgrade the weakest point in the engines which are normally the pistons and rods. At this time I don't know of anyone making parts for the FB series but you may want to contact Crawford performance, I saw they recently are working on building up the motor in their BRZ project which utilizes the FB20 engine." The email I got from Perrin

I thought you would just need to remove the bolt that goes thru the center of the pulley. Hopefully I can get the right tool before the pulley gets in. I hate having parts wait in boxes

I love Lightwerkz. Good, quality stuff. If I had a baby, I would let them retrofit it, they're just THAT good.
