No sir, Jive. Car looks FINE.

Rollin' with _davin and kyletakahero last night in their rides:

I REALLY wish I had a real camera. I'm starting to desire taking pictures again recently and always have ideas in my head, but no means to execute them for the moment.

I SPY SUPA

Been meaning to take a sound clip of my SPT exhaust, because when I was in the market for one there were seriously 4 videos on youtube of it on the hatchback...

So I did. And apparently now there are much more. Oh well.

18" Rota DPT, I believe 9.5 width. Kyle will probably chime in. They were black, then painted white, then plasti-dipped...

I don't like them. Too heavy for my taste.

Yeah, you're right. I do enjoy the width. Sick looking. I swear those wheels are like 30lbs each, though!

Saw a 2011+ SWP STI sedan that had this mounted. It looked paint-matched from the distance I saw it at. Not too bad, otherwise, yeah, not really my cup of tea for some reason.

I enjoy seeing other people try it, though! *thumbs up*

Without a wing/spoiler, it IS an appearance mod

Pics make the VG look cheap, far better seen in person. If the car doesn't have any other black(wheels/tint etc.) it's even worse. probably best to color match. I'll get shots up soon.

LOL. What is it for then? You aren't really trying to say it provides actual function are you?

LOL. They do on the Evo's but not this plastic/carbon piece by SPT held on by 3M tape. I highly doubt Subaru put much R&D into that piece. It's purely cosmetic but you can think otherwise.

I see why everyone thinks you are a tard.

Quote:
It will localize airflow to help utilize the rear wing. Think about the air pressure/ flow differences that occur along the rear roof. This piece will mainstream the flow differences and direct it at the spoiler/wing at an equalized flow rate.

If you do not have a wing, it's just for schitz and giggles.

For once celery isn't full of ****...even these plastic pieces provide enough to make a difference.

Winless they do nothing. And who cares if they are held in by tape....that double sided tape is stronger than a lot of things.

With that said I don't like how it looks up close. From a distance it's okay.

Right. My bad. I should have clarified, they help if you have a wing OTHERWISE it's purely cosmetic. Reference to 3M tape wasn't ment to offend you Jive.
