Default 02 wrx manifold on ej20k?

So after a long talk with my friend I have decided I am probably keeping the RS with the ej20k in it and going a route of making it legal and easier to manage. I want to know from you guys is the is sound good, or is something missing.
Phase 2 to 1 Intake manifold Adaptors
02 wrx intake manifold
02 wrx ecu
sti pink injectors
02 wrx/rs merged harness
Am I missing something or this will work?

Will not work. Not just the bolt pattern is different the 02 manifold is also half an inch wider.

Good luck with that. Carl Davey is out of business. He sold out to another company.

You are missing the cam and crank gears. They are different where they trigger the sensor. You can swap the crank gears, but the cam gears don't swap. The EJ205 gear will not fit on the EJ20K.

not to thread jack but ive searched and always come up with half the info i need. what manifold can i swap on my ej20g to avoid the 90 elbow and go with a regular turbo set up. i mean i could always just get a elbow welded on a new turbo but i just feel that would restrict so much air flow [/thread jack]

The manifold isn't the problem. If you move some hoses and pipes, get a different water crossover pipe and p/s pump you could get the turbo inlet under the manifold.

But why? The 16G that comes on a 20G can make more power than the engine can handle and flows fine.
