Fuel Tank Leaking After Fuel Pump Upgrade
Hey,
I did a stage 4 install a couple weeks ago and now my gas tank is leaking. It's pretty slow and only does it when the tank is pretty full or around sharp turn. I've ordered a new gasket for the top of the tank and I'm going to install that in a few minutes but does anyone else have anythin else I should check out? Thanks, Mike

Yes make sure the rubber nipples on the gasket are actually pulled up through the cover, and not wadded up underneath.

I have the gasket. I had a wire going around back stuck in the gasket and that helped. I'm going to install the new gasket tomorrow.
Thanks, Mike |

Mine did the same thing. Found out that the gasket had expanded alittle. Put a new one in and have been running for 7 months leak free

It's pretty simple. Here's a write up from the Turboxs website.
