Default flywheel intercompatibility. Wrx ,legacy turbo, legacy non-turbo

i know the turbo ej22 flywheel is the same as the wrx but how about the 99 2.2l n/a?

The turbo ej22 flywheel is not the same as the WRX. The WRX is slightly larger.

None of the normally aspirated transmission parts are interchangable with the turbo transmission parts. This includes flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, etc.
