silver11wrx not trying to be a dick or know it all but something isn't matching number with your numbers. I mean 456wtq, you have more torque then HP and in most Subby's it's the opposite. And I don't mean a little more torque you have a boat load more.

Also I understand you aren't a pro driver but 12.3 is what I expect your car with those mods to run but a car with the HP/TQ numbers you are claiming should be running mid to low 11's all day.

I guess what I and everyone else is saying is the dyno you had your car on is reading extremely high. I suggest taking it to another shop and run it there and compare the numbers.
Running E85, most Subarus are making way more torque than hp, especially on the 2.5Ls.
