Default factory torque spec for crank pulley bolt?

Would someone with access to the FSM please provide the torque spec for the 2.2L ['95 Legacy] crank pulley bolt?

I understand the Haynes manual specifies 70-80 ft-lbs, but, upon searching the archives and reading a few horror stories about loosening bolts and disintegrating woodruff keys/pulleys/sprockets, I'd like to double check the numbers.

When you folks do timing belts, how much torque do you put on the crank bolt? Anybody use blue loctite for good measure?

Thanks for your time.

These are from the 2000 model year service manual.

Just used some grease before I put my Perrin LCP in and torqued it to 130 ft-lbs.
