Grill looks awesome in PBP!
First suspension mods last night - 22mm Whiteline bar with brace, and Kartboy endlinks. What a difference! |

If you both did a 50-100mph you'd know who was faster. E85 vs. an aggressive pump gas tune isn't always that big of a difference...

like i said my ONLY time at the track i ran a 13.02 with a ****ing 1.8 60' my trap speed was 103.59. i actually have that ticket pinned up on my wall because it was my first time! don't get me wrong i love to launch the car, but i feel like the strip i just abuse the car to much, where as on the road courses i get to drive as conservative as i want in the straights... i just uploaded all my pictures...i have 279 to edit or delete....it's gonna be a long night. should me and sup a just make a new thread for the shoot we had today or just whore in here? |

Jive you think like I do, I don't flog it much in a straight line, but I do love stepping on it out of corners! Twisty back roads are my haven, not long straights or highways.

1.8s 60' isn't that horrible for a first time out. Drag racing is really hard on the tranny/driveline, but road course is so hard on the motor and just about everything else. Going WOT for 20-30 minutes straight vs. 12 or 13 seconds is a big difference. A whole day of drag racing is probably less WOT than one lap on a road course.

Lol i ran a 12.4 with a 1.8 60ft on my old setup
You drive an STi Jive, the drivetrain can handle the abuse and then some and start your own thread with the pics. i have a feeling the shoot will be epic enough to deserve a thread of its own. |
