cam sensor problem
Anyone have the specs on the airgap between the pick up on the back of cam sprocket to the nub on the cam sensor. Car has been apart for 3 months and ran fine before I took it apart. Machine shop broke the tab for the cam sensor and was welded back into place. Now I only get two coils firing at a time and the car won't start. Any help would be appreciated.
also when i move the sensor close to the sprocket i only get two coils firing. when i pull it out at about a .25 gap all four will fire but when i assemble everything back the car wont start. Car is a swapped gc8 with a legacy twin turbo motor

I looked into this once before. Below is info from my Tuner.
"I believe the gap should be around .028" between the sensor and trigger wheel". |

I have a feeling the cam sensor is bad or the sensor bracket isn't in line with the cam sprocket pick ups. The car ran fine before I pulled the heads for head gaskets. I also did the clutch, replaced tranny and rear end. All 02 wrx drivetrain, including flywheel.
