Gonna pick up some PlastiDip and get all the chrome off my truck. Can't decide between Black for a StormTrooper kinda thing or White. I'll probably do a combination of both.

Does anyone know of anyone that'd wanna buy an Eclipse with a broken timing belt? I'm selling my old one if anyone's interested in fixing then flipping.

How much? What year, trim, 5 speed? Do you know if any damage to heads or valves due to the timing belt being broke?

I don't know if any other damage was done... My mechanic friend took a look at it and said he'd fix it but he didn't say much more than that.

Alright... I bought a 55 inch Osprey kite.

Anyone want to help me build it this weekend and fly the **** out of it? It was only $1, so I can get another and we can have a battlekites tournament. Kinda like battlecats, but with kites.

Same as this:

Dibs on Mythical God Kite!

This PlastiDip thing is the tits! Loving the way its turning out so far. I need to hit up WalMart and buy their last can of Black tomorrow morning. Then possibly go look for PlastiDip some other places too since I will probably need more than one more can to get all the chrome off my truck.

Do you have a sprayer for it by any chance? Bought a can at Lowes and that did my door handles and the rear badge I didn't get before. I'm thinking with the oceans of chrome on the front of the truck it will take more than one can for sure.

I do have a sprayer. I'll have to get it back from the guy I lent it to. It'll just need a new paint hopper thing because I didn't clean the one I had out and had to throw it away.

So I watched a movie on Netflix today called street racer... Not the greatest, definitely a low low budget film. Lol... But it does feature a wrx... Well supposedly started out as a wrecked silver bug eye that the guy magically transforms to a white hawk eye sti. Haha.

From our drive Sunday. Google Auto Awesome'd those pics.

In other news I have all the black plastic steps and such removed from the rear bumper and I have the tailgate and lights and such taped off. Tomorrow I'll tape off the trailer hitch and the holes behind the plate bracket and turn my bumper from chrome to White PlastiDip. I am excite.

I think I'm high on PlastiDip. Maybe I shouldn't get right up to inspect after each coat on the bumpers...
