v2 STi RS oem small 16g- 12.35,114mph
Event: quarter mile
Location:Rock Falls Raceway, Eau Claire WI Ambient Temp: 72F Elevation: 1000' Weather: sunny and dry, 29" baro Track and Conditions: Concrete to 80', old black top past that. Flat track, nearly perfect flat. Tires: General Exlaim UHP 205 55 16 Car: 1999 RS Tuner: Myself, affiliation with Boost Doctors Eau Claire WI Transmission: OEM v2 wrx B3CA .875 5th Target Boost: 21psi in 1,2 18psi in 3,4 Target AFR: 8.3:1, 34* peak timing Fuel: Corn Engine/Power Modifications:Oem long block, oem small 16g, oem sti al tmic, oem headers, custom ewg up pipe, tial 38mm, Trust dp, custom catback,HKS short ram,z32 maf Driveline Modifications: Solid welded mounts, stock flywheel, bushings, whiteline rear bar and lat links Suspension Modifications:Tired out Flex's Other Modifications: AC delete, jdm front bumper beam Notes: Newbie drag day, so I always let the other drivers leave first. I also prefer to deep stage. I was also a little sleepy from the sun, so some of the RT was sleeping at the tree. Pretty excited, this is the quickest stock ecu, stock longblock EJ20g I've seen documented online. The car trapped a 114mph pass before this, but with a lower ET.I was being "easy" on the trans this pass, note the 60' I thought I'd just post this low ET pic because of the massive influx of BS flags from the slower Ej20G owners The car will be getting an MHI evo3 to replace the MHI small 16g it came with from the factory. The trans is about ready to give up the ghost as is.. Anyone else agree 11.9x is possible with the 114mph trap as is? Given it was to be a pass with gearbox death as an intention.

I also think the mere 17mph gain on the back end is odd. I wasn't logging, so maybe I had some issues with load and fueling?
I had tuned the car in sub 60* weather, so maybe I am a good bit off in some regards |

2-3psi change isn't going to kill power my post 660' mph by any means. I have a Perrin MBC, with the load change comes the psi change. Keep in mind the trans is much shorter than a stock usdm trans.
