Nice exhaust! Only thing I would do if that lip was on my car would be to have the rivets black. Looks killer!

I got it at a local plastic supplier. standard 1/8" ABS sheet, 8 feet long, 4 inch wide. cost 11.45 after tax out the door. i guess you can come up with any mounting system you can think of. I used self tapping hex head screws. I plan on removing them in exchange for countersunk stainless hardware with nuts on the inside of the bumper so i dont have to worry about the threads stripping or the heads getting caught on rags or whatever. if/when i do that, I'll make a proper DIY.

I changed the hardware from silver self tapping screws (janky) to black countersunk socket head machine screws (with nuts) and trimmed half an inch off the bottom.

The lighting was really harsh, but heres a quick update. I might take her out for a shoot today. or this weekend.

Looks good. Did you reuse the existing black and restitch the gray panels in place of the blue? I've always wanted to replace my gray inner panels (f&r) with perforated gray or perforated black Alcantara. Not sure how the faux-leather would hold up to the restitch though.

yes mate, existing black was re-stitched with the grey, look a lot better in car, all blue interior now replaced with black, doorcards from a hawkeye and carpet direct from japan, took 12 weeks to come but car is off road so didn't matter

I think it would look best on a black car with 20-35% tint, black headlight casing, and black wheels.

Remove badge, remove paint, remove chrome, paint black, take razor/sandpaper and remove paint from the edges, paint the back silver/color of your choice (I went for Dark Knight logo style), polish front to clean up.

That looks awesome! I've been looking for something a little brighter for nighttime. Who makes it?
