Default how do you feel about people, eating, smoking in your car?

Me and a friend were driving to a bar, when suddenly he reached into his pocket pull out a cigarette and his lighter and light the cigarette. I was in shock . I didn't say anything I just pull over and told him get out of my car, nobody smokes in my car! . He was like, it is cold outside, I told him to GTFO; he was piss for the rest of the night

How do you feel about people smoking, eating, killing a kitten or puppies ETC in your car?

Drinking fine. Eating no way. Smoking gets you booted and I don't even slow down. And you better ask first for all of them. In fact, ask to touch the radio, ask to move your seat, ask to use your mobile phone. And, don't leave the seat forward when you get out. Actually, don't ride with me, I don't want your disrespectful ass in my car, anyway.

Can't stand: smoking, eating, and when my roommate insists on playing his lame songs on his iPod without asking.

I don't have any friends that smoke, so it's a non-issue. I don't care about eating in my car, provided that nothing gets left behind.

I should also mention that I'm careful about what people are allowed to drink. Because my car doesn't have cupholders, coffee tends to be a no-no.

I agree with you 100%!!! Luckily, all of my friends do have, and practice, common courtesy on the regular basis and they always ask before they do anything in my car. They all know that smoking also deserves a big "HELL NO!".

Farting in my car is for me only. And when I do I lock the windows so everyone can revel in its fantasticness.

Eating and drinking is fine, just don't leave trash in the car. Smoking = Hell no. Adjust your seat as needed, but do not complain about mine being all the way back. If there is someone in the back seat and you're sitting shotgun, give them as much space as possible. Shortest person sits behind me. You may select whatever CD or track you want. I have a large variety of music and it's unlikely that you'll like all of it. I at least tolerate it if I put it on a CD that's in my car, so anything is game. If the radio is on, you will listen to the station that I select. You may make a suggestion, but I have the final ruling. Talking on you phone is no big deal, but you should not be having a 30 minute conversation, nor should you be discussing how your gf is on her period. I don't want nor do I need to know. Windows or AC is my discretion.

drinking yes.

eating..not usually, but maybe depending on the circumstances and the friend.

smoking, none of my friends are regular smokers but if me and a friend decided to have 1 out of randomness or something or on a road trip i would be ok with it. 1 or 2 isn't going to make the car smell.

Those are reasonable.

-I don't have a backseat (or rather, if you find yourself in my backseat, you ****ed up royally and I must hate you.)

Mine are red...
-My car doesn't have A/C. Oh wait, yes it does. It's called the throttle. Don't complain that it's hot. I told you I don't have A/C, but you wanted me to drive anyway. So, suck it up and deal.

I'm a smoker, but smoking is not allowed in my car. Eating is a definate hell no. Drinking is taken on a case by case basis. It had better have a lid on it and you better not be clowning around. I especially hate the jackasses who leave drink cups sitting flat on the floor while we go inside for something. The car has 4 cupholders for a reason. I had to give one of my friends a big what the **** look when he did that while we were in Frys.

Kinda surprised at the responses here.
But anyways.
Drinking- Yes. But once you leave your cans and cups in my car, you're done.
Eating- Same as drinking. Eat all you want, but before you get out I'm making sure you left nothing in my car and there's no food bits or else you're done.
Smoking- Sure, but make sure the smoke goes out YOUR window and the ashes stay outside. Then when you're all done reach in the glove compartment and pull out that nice can of Lavender Smoke Odor Remover and spray it.

Smoking - HELL NO, i make no exceptions, even hot women.

When you allow people to do that then sometimes accidents happen like the cherry coming off and landing on one of your seats so they use their beer to put it out. Even if they're really careful not 100% of the ashes will go out the window. It also makes your windows yellow and harder to clean. I wouldn't care if it was a used car but a $34K brand new car, hell no.

yeah, even as a smoker I don't allow anyone (nor myself) to smoke in the car. I'd prefer not to have people eating in the car, but sometimes it happens.

I rule out eating because even if people are careful, crumbs fall, and get ground into the leather or the carpet. And, the drinking thing for my car is killer with no cup holders. It's too easy to spill when we go over a bump, or if coffee is hot, etc. So, I just want to rule out accidents. I know people are careful, but accidents happen and I'd rather just mitigate them best as possible.

Ah, you've got a point. But I'm also not 21, and any alcohol being in my car is a nono, but I see where you're going. Dumping coke on it would be just as bad, or any other beverage. I clean and vacuum the car every week, so a little ash won't kill me. For the most part, I let things go until someone ****s up, and it's been goin good so far. xD
