Tony you might want to re read the email saying your unit is ready for pick up. When I ordered mine there is a list that tells you what each statement means. I believe awaiting pick up was their code word that you unit is. Waiting to be assembled. I could be wrong.

Woohoo!
Got my Nameless CBE installed today, and it does not disappoint. The sound is PERFECT: deep, mellow at idle and cruise, pure sex once you get on the throttle, and looks great. Welds are top quality. Minimal interior drone. I absolutely love it. I have the 5" mufflers with 4" double-walled staggered tips. The only thing I'm on the fence for about is the tips: the adult in me says they are too big, and the inner child says they look awesome. But the sound makes me not even care if the tips are too big haha. I love it! A+ to the great guys over at Nameless; they've been fantastic to work with and are really cool dudes.

What's the reason for magnaflow vs. 5" mufflers with regards to future plans? |

I made that comment because it depends how loud you were looking to go if you were to ever add those two ontop of your option for the AB. |

The nice tips should come standard, at a higher price if needed.. I hate seeing the price jack up when adding the good looking tips. One of my only qualms with Nameless' setup.

.... And the fact your paying so much for an axle back exhaust? I'll be honest I loved my nameless... Except that I paid so much for a long exhaust tip (mufflerless delete). Unfortunately, the truth is that if you do the muffler delete... You're just buying exhaust tips... That could be done custom...cheaper... Without waiting at most muffler shops.

True. I think the muffler delete was a hit at first, and may possibly still sell well for folks only looking for an axleback... but many people realize the combination of aftermarket midpipes+downpipes and a full muffler delete is really way too loud, hence the array of muffler options Nameless now offers. The axleback is expensive, but I would not say outrageously so. The quality is there and now you can get the right tips, so even though the price is a bit high, I'll be swapping the axleback portion of my exhaust in the spring for a 5" muffler with one of the double wall options.

Quick questions for the ones who went with CBE.
Did you end up using the springs on the bolt that held up the mid pipe? NP gave me washers but they were too small for the springs to rest upon so I ended up just using the longer bolts they provided. Are the springs really necessary? |

Installed last night my 5" muffler with 3.5" single walls..
What a great sound. Different than I was expecting (first subaru coming from BMW's), but not a bad thing! Just a bit "boomyier" than I expected. I'm sure I'll get used to it coming from the stock sound of all engine. Looks fantastic as well (maybe a smidge low - not sure). I got a great deal on ebay, so no complaints! |

Just put theses on my LGT wagon.
Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us A little feedback on this setup, Start up is not bad a little loud, but giving it gas in any situation really wakes them up, so diving and just feathering the gas pedal keeps it very mellow. On the highway last night @ 65 MPH my Roof Basket makes more noise. Still on the fence if I will keep, I will give it a chance to break in with a long drive upstate Stock DP and Midpipe Last edited by BXWRX77; 11-16-2013 at 07:57 AM. Reason: info |

My magnaflow axelback with 3.5" tips will be shipping on Monday and then I will provide pics and hopefully a video. Ryan said they would have shipped it Friday but their photographer was using it to update pics on their website.

Installed my axel back but couldn't hook up the driver side rear hanger. Tried every thing but couldn't get it. the midpipe was in the way which was the main issue . I was strapped for time so I just hooked everything else up for now. I hooked the passenger side in first.
Maybe I should unhook it and try the driverside first anyone think this will e easier or have any suggestions? Thanks. |

The mid does drop out similar to the axleback. It seems to have a bigger "nub" on the end of the hanger - but it'll pop out. |

You can definitely hear it over stock. It only slightly louder but a deeper rumble. I am happy with it though. My goal is to next add a down pipe and and if it's too quite then I can add a resonated or non-resonated midpipe. At least this way it's easier to make it louder then quieter.

Great. I've been debating between the 5 inch and the Magnaflow. I'm not looking for a lot more noise, but just to liven it up under acceleration.
