Default hole in ac line from upgraded intercooler

this is a 02 wrx with sti intercooler. my question is anyone have experience fixing this. I mean is just replacing the ac line sufficient. I heard from a coworker that the accumulator/drier needs to be replaced too because theres moisture in the system.
