Default ej20k ecu swap for ej20g ecu

I read around alot about the ej20k reliability and came to a personal conclusion after months of reading that the ej20k's reliability issue is due to the ecu not retarding timing enough as the ej20g's ecu does. so i was wondering if it was possible to use the ej20g ecu for on the ej20k for a computer to be able to retard the timing for det yet with the ej20k's more advanced head? I read on swapstar production that he was running a ej20k on the 20g ecu. just wanted to know if it was easy plug and play.

No benefit at all. Supermoose aka swapstar aka ripoff artist put the Ej20H/k engine in his car because he broke his EJ20G. No other reason
