Default My new STi Alignment settings.

3 days at Summit Point with the following alignment:

-3.0 front camber (cusco camber plates)
-2.0 rear camber (camber bolts)
0.00 front toe
0.00 rear toe
0.00 thrust

OEM swaybars
Cusco OS front strut bar
Cusco OS rear strut bar (without triangle - 12L water tank does not permit its use)

The car is completely transformed. Turns in at it should, tracks out as well as it always has. Rotation is easier and much more predictable.

Previous OEM dynamic camber:

Looks pretty close to 0 now:

Anyway - I like it!

Okay, this is a bit off-topic, but I have to know. Why do people put tape over their headlights when they're racing?

Glass. Ours aren't, so not really necessary. I just put it on that one day to fit in. Plus I have rock blocker.

What is really funny is the Mercedes that taped everything in front of the rear doors at VIR - in the end I think the tape might have done more harm then the rubber chunks would have.

For the time being yes on the road also. We'll see what effect that has - but toe usually hurts more than camber IME.

As long as toe is zeroed out camber shouldnt really hurt tire life. BTW what camber bolts did you get?

Pretty sure the rear camber bolts are Cusco - but the box they were in was blank. I didn't request a brand - just that the camber bolts be included with the rest of the order.

They were installed to provide max neg camber before everything was tightened up. It just so happened that once on the rack they were exactly at what I intended they were both right on -2.0.
