Default Home-made boost leak tester?

Saw directions and pictures in a thread awhile ago, can't find it now. If anyone has the link or pics or anything they could link me to I would appretiate it.

P.S. - I searched and found two dated threads with the pics missing, I also know about the carb cleaner/propane/soap methods but I want to build the PVC tester.
