Default anyone have any experence with ANTI SURGE Kit?

http://www.mrtrally.com.au/shop/defa...uct=musse008ag

I found this when looking for something else... anyone ever tried it? I've autocross before below a half a tank and I've had fuel starving problems before wondering if this would fix it?

I made an external one that would work much better but requires some external plumbing and an additional pump but works down to near zero fuel in the main tank. I'm currently in Australia just down the road from MRT. If you want it brought back to Gurnee I could bring it back for you.

Do you have any specs or pics of the one that you made? I am thinking of doing one as I have the fuel starvation problems when auto-xing. I'm sure yours was made for cheaper than the MRT one.

This is what I installed on my car, now I can run until empty with no problems. Before I would lean out at 1/2 a tank @ Road America and have fuel cut issues at 1/3 tank. See thread 377 for picture

If you want other pictures, let me know what your email address is.

Send me your email address and I will send you some pictures. The Todd-racing site seems to be down.

Try a 32oz. RC plane fuel tank and cut the filler end open just enough to get the pump and pickup sock inside. Route the return down into the tank and ziptie it to the pump assembly. You can make a couple small holes to help fill it up, but not too many as it'll drain too quickly.

This size tank fits just barely into the opening on the stock tank and sits inside the baffle box tacked to the bottom of the stock tank. It works great and is super cheap.
