The homepage says "All-Subaru Autocross" and the classes specifically mention Subarus.

I think he may have meant it will be mostly subarus in the even due to majority of the cars being.. Subarus. But I'm sure they're will be miatas, scions, nissans, ect running.

At this time, our full intention is to have the Autocross be a Subaru Exclusive event. However, if openings are available day-of, we may allow a few other vehicles to run Time-Only. At this point, we're seeing lots of AutoX and the likelihood of it selling out are high, so don't plan on it. If it happens, it happens.

EDIT: Saabarus may run and will be classed as a WRX. FRSs may run in the BRZ class.

Check out MadDad Performance's new BRZ Whisper Sport Exhaust. Having heard it personally, it is how the BRZ should've come from the factory. They'll have this along with their other exhausts and full like of gauges on display at Wicked Big Meet 2013!

We'd like to take this moment to echo COBB Tuning with a big thanks to all of our men and women in uniform. We hear they ran this image as a full page ad in this month's magazines. That is AWESOME! COBB Tuning is a proud sponsor of Wicked Big Meet 2013.

Any ideas what will fail tech inspection? I've done a handful of track days, but failing for valve cover leaks at a subaru meet isn't gonna fly lol. I have scraped tires from rubbing, its 50/50 for failing me at events.

If your car is knowingly leaking oil, then I would suggest keeping it off the track please. This is not only for your own safety, but for the safety of your fellow Subaru enthusiasts as well.

Why not? Fluid leaks cause a safety hazard, to yourself and others.

If your vehicle is dripping fluids, it will not be allowed on course. Safety is our number one concern and we will not compromise.

Rubbing tires will be up to the judgement call of our tech inspectors. It is hard to tell without actually seeing the tire.

Our inspectors decisions are final. If other events have failed you for these issues, please do not expect our inspectors to ignore them. There will be no refunds for failed tech. If you fail tech and can get your car fixed, we will attempt to get you back on grid, however, no promises here if runs have already started.

Im not dripping anything, but i have residue on top of my valve covers and its never been an issue, the tires i understand. Any chance i could send a photo of my tires to someone who'd be inspecting, id like to get a chance to fix it if need be beforehand.

You're still leaking fluid. Whether it's a "drip" or not - a leak is a leak.

Valve cover gaskets cost like $25 to fix anyway.

If there is residue, that indicates a leak. It'll be up to the judgement call of the inspector.

As previously stated, evidence of leaking of any form will be left up to the judgement call of our inspectors. If its minor, they shouldnt have an issue with it, however, "minor" is open to interpretation. Best bet is to repair or have this area clean.

You can direct further questions, including the photo of the tire to [email protected]. However, this would be something that is difficult to judge via photos, and also will change as you drive the car.

As we've previously stated, anything you have failed tech for at other events, you should NOT expect our inspectors to ignore.

If your tires are worn due to rubbing why don't you a) get narrower tires or b) roll your fenders?
IF your tires are wearing from rubbing already, putting the car on the track will only accelerate the rubbing and could possibly end badly.
If the wearing wasn't severe and you could prove to a tech that you've rolled the fenders, etc., to RESOLVE the rubbing issue it shouldn't be a problem since its only autocross with more limited speeds...
