So my EJ205 spun a bearing and I will most likely be replacing it with a EJ255 from an 06 WRX and running my 2.0L heads. Just wondering if I would need new injectors, pump, or anything else. still planning on running a TD04 for now.

No, you don't need to change those out if you're planning to use the TD04. I have an EJ257 with 2.0L heads and the TD04. I only had the shortblock, and oil related items replaced since there was metal everywhere on those parts.

If you plan on rebuilding the shortblock you will need to do research. Gaskets for the 2.5 works fine for the short block but you will need 2.0 head related gaskets and parts. If you are getting the full shortblock should be no problem. One important thing, I found out the hard way, was the harmonic balancer. Defintely different between the engines. Be sure to do your homework so it does not bite you in the end.

I have noticed on my hybrid that the pulley is extremely wobbly. I used the WRX stock pulley and stock torque. Are you suggesting that i get a STi pulley? I was not aware they were different until looking at a friends STi. Thanks
