This is incentive for me to wait until its release to find myself a new vehicle. I'm gobbling up any trickle of information I can find.

Very nice. I like the red model.
Since orders for the 2013 Foresters ended on 9/19, hopefully we will start to hear some more information. Also hoping that it will come out closer to spring, then the late summer time frame Subaru seems to be doing. |

It's all over the internet already. SOA can't do anything about an image hosted on another server either. Like this one for example:

New model Foresters are usually released very early in the year. Pre-orders for 2013 have already been closed off, so no way we'll see the 2014 Forester in the Fall. Spring fo sho.

I think it looks great. When my wife's lease is up on the rav I will have to direct her to this. It still kills me that she wouldnt even look at the forester before leasing the rav this spring

No hood scoop on XT? Well, at least a couple bumpkin car reviewers will be happy.

I sure hope those wheels on the XT don't make it onto the USDM. Barf. Look like KIA wheels.

I love the looks of it! I will miss the hood scoop for sure I really wonder what auto tranny they will use? I would be rolling around in a XT right now... IF they didn't have a decade old 4speed tranny.

CVT according to the info I posted just above. Btw, 13.2km/L for the 2.0 DIT equals about 31.05 mpg US. I know different testing standards, but that is very good news if it will get close to that even. |
