Wow, ****ty I missed it today too. Wasn't even able to check the forum until now. We need to get another big meet in sometime, it has been way too long. Just a heads up, next week is not good for me, but the following weekends should work.

No snow for my Subi. She don't come out in that mess. If the snow was salt less maybe I would consider it, but as it is, no way. We need to do some early spring pics.

I just found some Evo x seats in alcantara for 950 shipped plus PayPal fees.

Should I go for it? Or spend a few hundred dollars more on some recaro speeds?

I'd have to hack up all the brackets on the Evo seats from the looks of it. But they are in great condition.

You could just buy some brackets to mount the Recaros in an Impreza. If you don't want Recaro brackets, you could go with Wedge Engineering. The EvoX seats aren't height adjustable and they do sit a little lower than the stock seats. The Recaro Speeds are a little more narrow than mine but have better thigh bolster support. (More like the EvoX Recaros)

Hmm, so I wouldnt have to hack everything up? Even the sliders? I found a thread from a few years ago on an Evo x seat install and it looked like alot had to be done. I would much rather just get proper brackets if I'm able.

I'm not sure if the EvoX sliders will mount to a Recaro bracket, but I don't see why they wouldn't. In the speed install thread, those brackets have height adjustments, mine do not. You might be ok with the height if you get those brackets. Yes, there is a lot to be done for a seat install, it is not always plug and play. Luckily, you don't have to worry about the passenger weight bladder bs, which eliminates a lot of work.

I'm pretty sure the cruise light always flashes with a CEL. See what the code is and we can help.

What map are you running currently? Also a mod list would help.
