Default Whistling noise on boost 2012 wrx

Hey guys. Got a question. I have a 2012 wrx and just recently I started hearing this whistling noise when I'm on boost (any gear). I only hear it on occasion mostly when it's below 40 degrees. Can anybody tell me what is causing this noise? I was thinking it was a bov leak but it only happens sometimes. I brought it to my tuner and they didn't hear anything. Thanks in advance. Otherwise everything is fine. Afrs are good, no excessive knock under fine knock learn.

Why does it only happen when temps are below 40 degrees? The whistling noise starts around 5psi I'd say

I would check the coupler on tb to the intercooler. I heard the clamps get loose and then the whisle sound occur. There is a thread on here about that. Check it out.
