Question What is this doing in my EJ18? Pics inside- HLA, rocker arm wrong?

So I picked up a 97 Impreza L (EJ18 5M) for dirt cheap on Craigs. Dirt cheap because it sounded like the lash adjusters were all stuck and it ticked like a time bomb.
I pulled the drivers side valve cover and there were several collapsed HLA's. I pulled them from the rocker buckets and removed the o rings. A little bit of carb cleaner and some fresh oil pumped into them, reinstalled the o rings and fired it up. That side quit ticking. Sweet.

Then I opened up the pass. side valve cover and wtf?
One rocker wasn't aligned correctly with the valve. Notice that this rocker is a lighter color than the rest?

Pulled the rocker shaft off. Different Part Number stamped on it from the rest. "T6-2HA"

All the rest are stamped: "T5-2HA"

It is hard to see but the mounting block on the far left where it bolts to the head rubs against the back side of the rocker arm

So is this the correct rocker and it is just bent? Or did some goon put a rocker off a different motor in here?

I've never played with one of those before, but based on your pictures, it would appear that some goon put the wrong wrocker in there.

I'm thinking the rocker that should be there would be stamped "T5-2HB".
Currently from left to right they are stamped:
T5-1HA > T5-1HB (cyl #1) then T5-2HA > T6-2HA (cyl #2)
From what I am guessing the rocker that is incorrectly installed is from the 3rd intake valve on the passenger side of a EJ22 or ? but they installed it on the 4th intake valve in my EJ18.

Default Update

Ran down to the local junkyard and picked up an entire rocker arm assembly for about $40.

The rockers i picked up are stamped T4 instead of the T5 of the original assembly.
Apparently the T4&T5 stamped rockers are interchangeable.
Just the odd T6 some moron put on this T5 assembly didn't work.

All is quiet(aside from a little piston slap at idle).
With 225k on it, I can't complain.
