Default Flickering Voltage Problem

So since i put my intake manifold back on, I've been having an odd problem. When idling my voltage bounces from about 13.9 to 14.4 very rapidly and causes my gauges and cluster to flicker. When driving the voltage flutters from 14.5 to 14.7 and sometimes a little beyond?

Is this a ground problem or what?
