Default WTB Service: Get my Vag Com cable to work

I am trying to pay someone to get my Vag Com cable to work on my 02 wrx. I have all the drivers and software but can't get Ecu explorer to connect to my car . If you get it to work I'll pay $50. If you try and fail I'll pay $30. If anyone is interested let me know. Payment can be negotiated. Will drive to you.

Why not just get a Tactrix and call it a day?

I was willing to when they were 100 but 180 versus 20 as an unemployed college grad is much easier on the budget. I'm willing to play around for a couple hours to save some cheddar.

Doesn't matter how much you pay anyone. That cable won't work on an 02. It will work on 06-07 wrx and 04-07 sti.
