Default 30% off on all SPT parts at Langston Subaru

I know this might be cross posting but with the sperate forums, I don't see any other way

Offer good from Sept 20 to Oct 31.
Take 30% off all SPT parts that are listed on www.spt.subaru.com or in the SPT performance booklet. I have plenty of booklets on hand, shoot me an email with your address if you want one. I also have an Excel spreadsheet with prices , you can have one for the asking. (I was gonna post it on here, but it's 7 pages long)
If anyone can host it for me, I'll give them free shipping. For everyone else, shipping is a flat 5% of the sale price(not MSRP). Items will be shipped to the lower 48 states only by UPS ground.
SPT items can be ordered by phone, pm or email. I don't plan on changing prices on my webstore, besides, not all the SPT parts are on it. You can speak with anyone in the parts dept. They will all have price lists handy. Just tell them you want to place an SPT/30% discount order. I order twice a week from SOA. I'll ship your order the same day I get it from SOA.

Thanks everybody, Brian

haha, you found the thread

Yeah, the 4 piece set is $336, the 6 piece is $420. Kinda hard to pass up this deal, isn't it

I'll be placing my order shortly

Hey Langston -

2 questions...

Will the 6 piece lateral link set work on an '03 wagon?

and... are the trailing arms off of a Spec C the same as the SPT/STi trailing arms?

Thanks,
Matt-

To answer the last question, no the Spec C has regular trailing arms. The STI ones use pillowball mounts, the only STI that ever came with them was the S202 (and they were pink).

I'm not exactly sure, trying to figure that out myself.

Hey Langston, can you explain the difference between the 4 and 6 piece lateral link sets?

That price is freaking awesome! Gotta get mine list together too.

The 6 piece replaces all points with ball joints, no rubbers. The 4 piece replaces 6 with ball joints, the other 2 has group-N rubber. 6 piece for the sedan, 4 piece for the wagon. Due to different track width, they can't be used interchangeably.

Thanks NeoGeo!

So I guess us wagon folks are limited to the 4 piece lateral links.

What's wierd is that I thought only the front track width was different between the wagon and sedan?

Look here:
http://www.oakos.com/wrx/specs.htm

Both front and rear tread width are different.

I wish I can use the 4 instead of the 6...the Sti anti-sway bar links are useless with 22+ sway bars, which means I need to spend more for poltec's.

Why is only the 4 piece listed on the Subaru site as fitting the 04 STi? Does the 6 piece definitly fit the 04 Sti?

I've been told the 6 piece lateral link set for the GC8 will fit on the 02-03 wagon. I checked the parts list and don't see it there.

Langston can you get that part?

Well, I meant, substitute the PolTec endlinks/box with the one's that come with the 6 piece STi lateral link kit. The stock STi endlink box WILL break with a bigger bar.

Fantastic vendor. I ordered some replacement spt struts for my damaged v7's and I got them the NEXT DAY. When one of those wasn't rebounding as I thought it should, they shipped another, again getting it the next buisness day. Many other vendors could learn a thing or two from langston about customer service.
